Halal lamb/beef soup with rice noodles, I absolutely love it. This one of my favorites after just one try. The lamb noodles are delicious!

Nice and cozy place to have steaming noodles for a cold night. Had lamb rice noodle soup, the broth was heavenly and lamb slices were soft. The beef rice noodle soup, the beef slices were so tender.

Dinner $44~ for 2 people The owner was kind to offer me to warm up the soy milk. Food was also lovely and generous portions. Tasted authentic mifeng - chewy texture. The broth was rich and slightly has kick of pepper. Will visit again soon.

Spicy stewed beef ribs meat with thick rice noodles + deep fried egg Tomato beef soup with handmade noodles + deep fried egg I visited this place for the first time this afternoon and I was a bit confused. There were more tables occupied with used bowls than there were tables occupied with people. I'm assuming that they might have been understaffed or that I just came at a bad time. We then ordered the dishes above from the counter. The menu does not state that you can change the noodle, but you can. You can choose between thin or thick rice noodles (米線) or hand made noodles (not rice noodles). Spicy stewed beef ribs meat with thick rice noodles: The thick rice noodles is the best I have ever had (ie, it's in the "where have you been all my life" category). The thickness is slightly thicker than normal, but the difference in texture is phenomenal. The beef ribs meat was tender and soft. The soup was a bit more spicy than what I prefer and I felt that the spiciness masked the other flavours. It was also a bit on the oily side. Overall, the noodles were wow(!), the meat was yummy but the soup had room for improvement. Note: don't bother with the deep fried egg, even though it is advertised as "must try". Tomato beef soup with handmade noodles: The handmade noodles definitely tasted like it was handmade and had a bite. The soup was served with a mixture of sliced beef and chunky beef. I wasn't a huge fan of the sliced beef, but the chunky beef was soft and tender. The soup base was jam packed with flavours from the tomato and the beef. I enjoyed the tomato soup better than the spicy stewed beef soup. I would love to visit this place again and try the thick rice noodles with other soup.

Lovely noodle restaurant with soft, perfectly cooked noodles and generous toppings. The beef tendon was especially nice, tender and full of flavour. The chicken satays were also delicious, juicy and well-seasoned. A great spot for a satisfying meal.

Noodle Villa in Glen Waverley is a great spot for hearty hot pot and noodles. The Lamb Offal Hot Pot Set ($65.8) was generous with tripe, heart, liver, veggies, and a rich, warming broth. The Red Oil Beef Dumplings with Handmade Noodles ($16.8) were silky, flavorful, and paired perfectly with chewy noodles. Good portions, fair prices — perfect for sharing on a cold day.

Very tasty noodle soup and sets! Perfect for cold weather. Everything is delicious and bursting with flavour! Can get quite busy but once you’ve ordered, the food comes quickly
